Graphical reports and site statistics

You can view graphical reports of visitor statistics, operators busyness, total workload, response time, operators rating for any period (year, month, week, day). Besides you can check site statisticsby any parametrs (IP-adress of the visitor, his browser, country or city, etc). Anything that allows to make qualitative analyses of the needs and requirements of the users. Also in the “Reports” section there is a possibility to view all chat events using Google Analytics tools. The adjustment manual about using Google Analytics is in the section FAQ.


Archive

All users' messages is saved in the archive. Administrator can view message history for a certain period of time: chats with the visitors,off-line messages, complains.
